摘要
本文对十多种内源甾体激素标准物用GC/MS进行定性分析,通过换毛细管柱,改变分离条件,使三对难分离物质对同时得到了基线分离,并用同样的分析条件,对尿样进行GC/MS分析,也获得分离。
This article takes an qualitative analysis on over ten kinds of endrogenous steroids with GC/MS. Through substituting the cappillary column and changing the separated conditions, three couples of compounds, which are difficult to be separated, resulted in baseline separation. Under the same condition, analysis is taken on the urine sample with GC/MS. Separation is also achieved.
