骨髓间充质干细胞可塑性的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 骨髓间充质干细胞的可塑性研究是最近干细胞研究领域的热点之一。在不同的诱导条件下,这一类细胞可以跨系统甚至跨胚层分化为三个胚层来源的细胞。同时骨髓间充质干细胞易于导入和表达外源基因,作为细胞治疗和基因治疗结合使用的靶细胞具有良好的前景。
