间充质干细胞非分化性增殖的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 间充质干细胞系多潜能干细胞,其多向分化能力具有广泛的临床应用前景。非分化性增殖即指在增殖的同时保持其多向分化潜能。目前,间充质干细胞在增殖过程中仍存在增殖潜力和多向分化潜力逐渐丧失的问题,而人血清、生长因子、细胞外基质培养基、生物反应器和中药等逐渐成为此类研究的热点。下面从间充质干细胞非分化性增殖的意义、问题、方法等就间充质干细胞非分化性增殖的研究进展作一综述。 Mesenehymal stem eells are muhipotent Stem eells, and their muhilineage potential holds extensive promise for elinieal application. Undifferentiated proliferation means proliferation while maintaining muhilineage potential. Nowadays, loss of proliferation potential and multineage potential is still a problem for mesenehymal stem cells while proliferating. Recent studies are focused on human blood serum, growth faetor, extraeellular ma- trix medium, bioreaetor, traditional Chinese medicine, and so on. This paper reviewed the study progression of undifferentiated proliferation of mesenehymal stem cell from following aspects of significance, puzzlements and methods of undifferentiated proliferation of mesenehymal stem cell.
