摘要
目的 观察帕夫林联合曲安奈德局部注射治疗口腔扁平苔藓 (OLP)的临床疗效。 方法 将口腔扁平苔藓患者 6 0例随机分为两组 ,治疗组 30例口服帕夫林 ,局部注射曲安奈德注射液 ,对照组 30例服用左旋咪唑片 ,进行临床疗效观察。 结果 治疗组有效 2 7例 ,总有效率为 90 % ;对照组有效 2 1例 ,总有效率为70 % ,P <0 .0 5 ,有差异。 结论
Objective To observe the effect of TGP (total glucosodes) in treating OLP.Methods 60 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups. Treatment group 30 cases were given TGP local injection. Control group 30 cases were given levimizone tablet.Results 27 cases of treatment group were effective, total effect rate 90%;21 cases of control group were effective, total effect rate 70%,P< 0.05 ,there's obvious difference.Conclusion TGP are effective in treating OLP.
