摘要
目的 :探讨制定合理可行的专科中心医疗质量评估方法。方法 :应用病例分型原理 ,结合我校附属医院 13个临床专业的专科中心收治病例数据 ,对其临床质量和效益进行全面评估。结果 :提出了应用病例分型理论指标评估专科中心医疗质量的方法 ,并进一步讨论了根据评估成绩 ,对专科中心实行优胜劣汰的滚动管理。结论 :应用病例分型法使专科中心的医疗质量评估更为科学合理 ,并且有利于引入竞争机制 ,保证专科中心的临床特色和技术优势。
Objective: Discuss the feasible method making of appraising special center. Methods: Evaluate clinical quality and benefit with data of 13 clinical special centers affiliated to 中央人民政府 by case variety. Results: Put forward method of appraising medical quality of special centers by theory of case variety, and choose better centers in accordance with the result. Conclusion: It is more scientific and reasonable to evaluate medical quality of special centers by case variety, and it introduces competitive mechanism to guarantee the clinic characteristics and technique advantage.
