二甲基亚砜割断法已被生物电镜工作者广为采用,这种方法称为'锇酸-二甲基亚砜-饿酸'(O-D-O)法。近来我们试验了一种新的'锇酸-聚乙二醇-锇酸'断裂方法,并将其缩写为(O-D-O)法。
We report for the first timle the use of po1yethylene glycol 1540 as a freeze-fracture rea- gent on plant specimen prepared for observation by scanning electron microscopy.This method is a good fracture technique after being successfulIy experimented,which in SOme aspect is bet— ter than the'O—D一O'method.
