摘要
本文介绍不需要任何机械设备制作木材立方体扫描电镜样品的技术,包括徒手切制正常木材立方体样品和用聚乙二醇包埋法制备腐朽、风化木材立方体样品的方法,以及适宜的观察条件和暗室处理技巧等。
Wood is composed of many cells which are different in size, form and arrangement. It is an ideal way for
the investigation of the space relation of wood tissue and the process of wood rot by means of SEM observa-tion over various kinds of wood cubes.This paper is presenting the specimen prepartion techniques for SEM on wood cube ithout any mechenical equipement, including normal wood cube preparation by hand cutting, rotted and effloresced wood ube preparation by Polyethylene Glycol embeding, proper observation conditions and photograph print technic.
