摘要
对广东省惠东县一个野生阴香(Cinnamomum burmannii(C.G.& Th.Ness)B1)种群的样品植株叶精油化学成分进行定性定量分析,将该种群划分为4个化学型。依据染色体、同工酶等实验结果,推测这些化学型之间的演化趋势为:伞花烃/桉叶油素型→桉叶油素型→桉叶油素/龙脑型→龙脑型。依此推理的作为化学特征指标的三个化合物的化学进化路线与萜类生源学说相符。
In Huidong County,Guangdong Province,a wild population of Cinnamomum burmannii (C.G.& Th,Ness)B1 was divided into four types of chemical character resulting from qua- litative and quantitative analysis of the composition of leaf essential oils.On the basis of the ex- periments of chromosome and isozymes,the evolutionary trend of the types of chemical charac- ter was elucidated,viz.cyrnene/cineol-type→cineol-type→cineol/borneol-type→borneol-type. Furthermore,the relationship of the compounds as major constituents was in correspondence with the biosynthesis of monoterpenes.
