以食用花卉芙蓉花、菊花、金银花为实验材料,用0.45μm微孔滤膜和AmberliteXAD-2大孔网状树脂将食用花卉水煎液中微量元素Fe的形态分为可溶性有机态和无机态,建立了食用花卉中可溶性Fe有机态和无机态的分离分析方法,确定了树脂分离的最佳实验条件,并采用原子吸收光谱法测定了可溶性Fe有机态和无机态含量。结果表明,方法的相对标准偏差在4.6%以下,回收率在97.2%~104.8%之间,表明在选定的条件下,该法能有效分离元素Fe的可溶性有机态和无机态。该方法应用于其他食用花卉样品分析,获得了满意的结果。同时也发现,各种食用花卉水煎液中Fe元素的可溶性有机态和无机态是有差异的,其中,三种花卉中芙蓉花的可溶性无机态Fe含量最高,但其可溶性有机态却最低。
In the paper the analysis of soluble inorganic and organic speciation of Fe in water-decoct solutions of three edible flowers have been studied by 0.45μm membrane filter and XAD-2 macroreticular resins. The optimum conditions for the separation and determination of two speciation of Fe above mentioned are established. The relative standard deviation is lower than 4.6%(6 determinations) and the recovery for the method is 97.2%~104.8%. The present method has been applied to the analysis of practial samples with good results.
