摘要 由叶绿体的光合膜与线粒体的嵴膜组成的复合体称之为融合膜。为了研究融合膜中的光合电子链与呼吸链的衔接位点,需要制备PSⅠ,PSⅡ颗粒复合体。但发现菠菜材料的不同对PSⅠ,PSⅡ颗粒的纯度和含量都有很大影响。为此,我们对菠菜材料的取样,以及代表PSⅠ和PSⅡ颗粒的特征光吸收信号P_(700)与P_(680)
