摘要
蛋白质组学是现代科技前沿 ,蛋白质芯片是 2 0世纪末出现的最新一代生物芯片 ,其高通量、高敏感、高效快捷等优点使其刚刚出现就广泛应用于生命科学的多个研究领域 ,并取得了一系列突破性进展。本文就蛋白质芯片的基本构成、技术原理、在肿瘤研究中的应用、存在的问题及其应用前景作一简要综述。
Proteomics is in the frontier of modern science and technology. Protein chip is the up-to-date biochip which appeared at the end of the 20th century. Having the virtues of high-throughput,high-sensitivity and high- efficiency, the protein chip has been applied to many fields of life science widely as soon as it appeared and has made a series of great progress. This short review serves to introduce this technology in regard to its basic structure,technical principle,application in the study of cancer,problems and prospects.
