豚鼠耳蜗Deiter细胞间传出神经末梢的超微结构观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的 观察豚鼠耳蜗Deiters细胞间传出神经末梢的超微结构。方法 选择 3~ 4月龄的听力正常豚鼠 4只 ,取其耳蜗基底膜 ,采用环氧树脂包埋切片后经透射电镜观察。结果 多个Deiter细胞间有一神经末梢膨大结构 ,内含大量线粒体和突触囊泡 ,符合传出神经末梢的特点。神经末梢与Deiter细胞相邻的部位有膜致密物 ,在神经末梢侧还有大量突触囊泡 ,Deiter细胞侧未见其它亚突触特化结构。结论 传出神经末梢与Dieter细胞可能形成化学性突触 ,介导神经末梢与细胞之间的信息传导。 Objective To observe the ultrastructure of efferent nerve terminals among Deiters′ cells.Methods Ultrastructure of efferent nerve terminal around Deiters′ cells was observed with transmission electron microscopy.Results An efferent terminal swelling among Deiters′ cells was observed in this study.Both pre and post synaptic membrane were thickened at efferent nerve terminal swelling and Deiters′ cells.There were no subsurface cisternae in Deiters′ cell.On the presynaptic side,there was a collection of versicles.Conclusion Morphology suggestive of chemical synapses was found between efferent nerve terminal swelling and Deiters′ cell in the study.Efferent nerve terminal might act onto outer supporting cells through this special structure.
