摘要
随着我国行政复议制度各种缺陷的逐步显现 ,如何对其加以改进再次成为人们探讨的问题。本文特别以增强行政复议机关及其审查的客观性为重点 ,对日本、韩国的行政复议制度作了简单的介绍 ,以便为我国行政复议制度的完善提供参考。
As various defects are becoming increasingly apparent in the system of administrative reconsideration in China, it is imperative to explore response and improvement of the system now. In this article, by emphasizing the independence of administrative reconsideration departments and their objectivity of review, the author provides us with an account of the systems of administrative reconsideration in Japan and Republic of Korea. Their experiences can be taken as reference for us to improve our own system.
