摘要
我国的公务员培训正朝着法制化、规范化、科学化的轨道有序发展。但我国公务员培训的现状不容乐观,主要存在法规体系不健全、对公务员培训的重要性认识不够、教育基础建设滞后和培训的内容陈旧、方式和方法僵化等问题。与国外公务员培训的培训工作法律化、制度化;培训机构职业化;培训内容注重实用性;培训方式、方法的灵活性等一些做法尚有较大的差距。因此,要建立和完善公务员培训法规体系,使培训有法可依;更新公务员培训理念;改革传统的培训方式方法和内容;建立符合中国国情的公务员培训网络,以创新的精神,探索我国公务员培训改革的新途径。
Although the civil service training is now progressing with legality, norms and science, the existing issues about it are still obvious, for instance, the irregular legal system; the lack of consideration of its importance; the underdeveloped educational construction and the out-of-date training methods, etc . Therefore, there is a wide gap between the training of our counfry and other countries.In their training special emphasis will be placed on the legalization and systematization; the professional organization; the practical contents; the flexible training methods. With the pioneering spirit, a new way to the training of civil service in China will be discovered by setting up a legal system; renewing the training ideology; renovating the traditional training methods; and building up the training net conforming to the reality in China .
