摘要
XML 是 W3C 组织推出的作为下一代网页发布的语言。本文分别从 XML 在海洋数据表达、海洋数据交换、海洋信息发布三个方面对 XML 在海洋数据服务领域的应用模式进行了研究和探讨。在海洋数据的 XML 表达中描述了 XML 有效集成海洋原始数据、质量控制记录、编辑修改的数据的原理；在海洋数据交换中，提出了基于 XML 的星状交换模式；在海洋信息发布应用中，设计了基于 XML 的三层结构的海洋信息发布系统模型。最后对 XML 在海洋领域的发展前景进行了展望，旨在推动 XML 在中国海洋领域的应用与发展。
XML (Extensive Markup Language), which was recommended by W3C (World Wide Web Consortium), serves as the new generation of language for web releasing. In this thesis, a study on XML application modes in marine data services is conducted in terms of marine data description, marine data exchange and marine information releasing respectively. Some principles of effective encoding marine original data, quality control of data recordings and data editing and modifying are discussed in respect of XML application in marine data description. A XML-based star-sheped mode for marine data exchange is produced. In addition, a XML-based three-layer marine information system model is designed for marine information releasing. Lastly, a perspective on XMLs application in the marine data service field is raised aiming to boost its development in the future.
