摘要 HIS（Hospital Information System），即医院信息系统。它利用电子计算机和通讯设备，为医院所属各部门提供病人诊疗信息和行政管理信息的收集、存储、处理、提取和数据交换的能力并满足所有用户的功能需求。PACS（Picture Archiving and Communication System），即图像存档和传输系统，主要用于解决图像的采集和数字化、图像的存储和管理、图像的高速传输、图像的数字化处理和重现、
