摘要
计算机犯罪与普通犯罪相比,社会危害性更大,但目前,国际国内对计算机犯罪定义没有达成共识,不同的学者从不同的角度出发,对计算机下了不同的定义,因此,有必要对计算机犯罪及其相关问题深入研究。
Compared with common crime, computer crime can be more dangerous to the society and every country pays great attention to dealing with it. But until recently, consensus hasn't been reached on defying computer crime both on abroad and at home. Different Scholars have given their own definitions for computer crime in their own respects. For my part, it is necessary to study the concept 'computer' thoroughly, which will be of great magnificence. That will be closely related to present computer crime in advance, reduce the rate of computer crimes, and launch an anti-computer crime campaign. Thus, I propose some solutions in this thesis.
