摘要
二冲程微型摆式内燃机 (MFPSE)是一种专门为便携式发电系统而设计的新型内燃装置。首先提出虚拟圆周运动概念来映射中心摆的摆动规律 ,并建立适合于研究该种内燃机气口比时面值的数学模型 ;然后 ,用所建的数学模型以及传统二冲程内燃机气口比时面值的统计规律 ,预测排气口和扫气口的几何参数。
Two-stroke micro free-piston swing engine (MFPSE) was specifically designed to provide mechanical power for man-portable electric power generation systems. A concept of using the projection of a virtual circular motion to map the oscillation of the center swing was presented, and the mathematical model of specific time area for porting parameters design was established. Subsequently, the geometrical parameters of the scavenging port and exhaust port were evaluated by introducing the new mathematical models and the traditional statistical solutions of the specific time area. This work gave the initiative for further research on the numerical analysis and the optimal design of MFPSE.
