摘要
为揭示二冲程汽油机扫气过程的特点,对倒拖工况下二冲程汽油机的气缸、扫气道和排气道内的流场进行了多维数值模拟.计算结果与实验结果表明,曲轴箱与排气道之间的压差对扫气道的流速有决定性的影响.计算发现,在扫气过程中出现双环涡和滚涡。
Calculations are made to analyze the flow field for the engine cylinder, transfer pipes and eshaust pipe of a loop scavenged engine. Result shows the pressure difference between the crank case and the exhaust pipe has a definite influence on the flow field of the transfer pipe. A pair of toroidal vortex and tumble vortex are found in the cylinder during the scavenging process. And the tumble vortex is maintained up to the nearly top dead center.
