摘要
介绍了反射式光纤位移传感器的工作原理、结构以及提高测量精度的方法,分析比较了单Y型和双Y型光纤传感器的性能和优缺点,并给出了试验结果。
The operational principle, construction of an optic-fibre-based reflecting displacement trans-ducer and the measures for enhancing the measuring accuracy are introduced, The per-formence, merit and demerit of single-X type and double-Y type optic-fibre transducers are analyzed and compared. The experimental results axe also given.
