摘要
本文据红酵母在几种不同培养基上的生长情况,以及对不同碳源的利用情况,选出了适合红酵母生长的培养基,并对其在最适培养基上的色素产生情况进行了研究,还对红酵母色素的提取方法以及β—胡萝卜素的分离条件进行了初步研究。
The culture medium fit for the growth of Rhodotorula was singled out according to the growth of Rhodotorula on different culture medim and its utilization of differnt carbon resources. Study was also made on the production of pigment of Rhodorula on the fittest culture medium. Our final efforts were centred on the way to extract the Rhodotorula' s pigment and to separate β-carotene.
