新型天然营养保鲜剂玉米醇溶蛋白(CASP)的研制 被引量:5

EXTRACTION OF CORN ALCOHOL-SOLUBLE PROTEIN -A NEW-TYPE NATURAL NUTRITIVE PRESERVATIVE

摘要 本文论述了关于对乙醇法和异丙醇法萃取玉米醇溶蛋白(CASP或MASP)的工艺参数和工艺过程的研究,并且通过L_9(3~4)正交试验,找到了这两种方法萃取CASP的最佳工艺条件: 乙醇法:萃取的液固比是8~20:1(毫升/克);温度10~60℃,pH值6.5~9.0;时间0.5~4.0小时。 异丙醇法:萃取的液固比为8~20:1(毫升/克),温度10~60℃,pH值6.5~9.0,时间1.0~6.0小时。 在研究主要影响因素的基础上,对影响工艺过程的其它因素(搅拌的速度和时间、离心的速度和时间、沉淀的时间等)也作了相应的研究,同时对CASP的主要组成也进行了分析和测定。 在研制CASP时,还得到了一种高质量的副产品,它是富有营养的饲料添加剂。 The technological parameters and processes of the ethanol method and the isopropyl alcohol method to extract corn alcohol-soluble protein (hereinafter referred to as CASP) were comprehensively studied in the present paper and the optimum technological conditions of the two methods were found through the L9(34) orthogonal experiments. The Ethanol Method: The ratio of liquid to solid is 8-20:1(ml/g); the temperature 10-60℃ ; the pH value 6. 5-9. 0; and the time 0. 5-4. 0 hours. The Isopropyl Alcohol Method: The ratio of liquid to solid is 8-20:1l(ml/g); the temperature 10-60℃ ; the pH value 6. 5-9. 0; and the time 1. 0-6. 0 hours. Besides the study of the main factors, the relevant studies were also made on the other para meters, such as the velocity and time of agitation and Centrifigation, the time of precipitation and the like, which affected the technological process. Meanwhile, the main components of the CASP were analysed and measured. Besides the CASP, a high-quality by-product was also obtained in the process, which proved to be a sort of feed-stuff additives with nutritious value.
