环氧化酶-2在前列腺肿瘤中的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 环氧化酶 2 (Cyclooxygenase 2 ,COX 2 )是诱导型前列腺素内过氧化物合成酶。研究显示COX 2过度表达与某些上皮性肿瘤的发生发展关系密切。本文就COX 2结构特征、生物学特性、在前列腺肿瘤中的研究进展及COX 2抑制剂在预防治疗中的应用前景进行阐述。
