摘要
Brockerhoff的甘三酯立体专一分析方法,近年来有所改进和创新。本文对新法(HPLC法)作了扼要介绍。
Drockerhoff's methods of triglyceride stereospeclfic analysis have been improved and innovated in recent years. This paper gives a brief introduction of the new method(HPLC method).
