摘要
对某电厂 3号机组进行了热经济性计算 ,得出各子系统的效率及各设备的损分布 ,并同热效率法的计算结果做了对比 ,指出其原因和改进方向。最后针对锅炉效率和结渣防止提出基于神经网络和遗传算法的最佳运行模式方案 ,指导机组高效。
This paper obtains calculation of thermoeconomics in a 3# unit of the plant, determining all sub-system exergy efficiencies and distribution of exergy loss of devices, comparing with the results of thermal efficiency method, finding corresponding reasons and director of improvement. Finally, it presents optimization operation model of the boiler in efficiency maximum and preventing bird nest based on the neural network and genetic algorithm, directing operation of high efficiency and safety.
