凝汽机组的热经济性及相应改进的诊断模型 被引量:4

摘要 本文对某电厂 12 5MW凝汽机组进行了热经济性计算 ,得出各设备的损分布 ,分析了形成原因 ,并指出了相应的改进方向。最后 ,针对分析出的最大影响因素—炉内结渣 ,得出了基于神经网络的最佳运行诊断模型 ,并验证了合理性 ,因此 。 This paper obtains the calculation of thermal efficiency in a power plant of 125MW unit,determines a distribution of exergy loss of devices,find corresponding reasons and the director of improvement.Finally,it presents diagnoses model of optimization operation based on the neural network of preventing the biggest exergy loss item—slagging in furnace,and rationality of this model is validated.Therefore,it can direct the unit operation of high efficiency and safety.
