摘要
通过单因素考察及正交实验优化了用超声波法提取灵芝多糖的实验条件 ,并与酸提取方法进行了比较。结果显示在灵芝干粉中加入 6 2 5倍体积的水 ,在pH2 0的条件下用超声波提取 4 5min得到的灵芝多糖的量最多。与酸提取法相比 ,超声波法的粗提物提取率稍高(分别为 11 0 5 %和 13 85 % ,P >0 0 5 ) ;但提出物中的糖含量明显增加 (分别为 2 2 4 1%和 34 6 0 % ,P <0 0 1) ,大分子杂质明显减少 (分别为 1 4 5 %和 0 6 8% ,P <0 0 1)。
In order to gain the optimization extract condition of Polysaccharide of Ganoderma lucidum by supersonic wave,we have inspected single factor influence and then optimized them by orthogonal experiment.Compared it with the acid extract method,this method improved the extract ration from 11.05% up to 13.85%,polysaccharide content from 22.4% up to 34.6%,proteins content from 1.45% down to 0.68%.
