摘要
本文主要通过对经编起圈轧花产品使用的原料,染整工艺流程、染色、定形、起圈设备的选用及柔软剂的筛选等各个方面进行了探讨,为起圈轧花产品染整工艺的更加成熟与完善,产品质量的提高奠定了基础。
This paper deals with the products of loop-raised and embossed warp knitted fabric concerning its raw material, the procedure of dyeing and finishing process, the select ions of dyeing, heat-setting, raising equipments and Softeners.Thus the foundation to perfect the dyeing and finishing process andto improve the quality of this product has been laid.
