本文介绍了涤纶针织物的拷花工艺,提出了半制品预定形的质量要求,并分析了拷花工艺条件和花型选择对花纹光泽度、轧纹深浅、织物强力和手感的关系。
The article deals with the embossing process of polyester knits, sets the quality requirements of semi-products in pre-setting, analyses the relation of technological spesification and pattern's selection to the brightness of pattern, the depth of embossed figure, as well as the strength and handle of the fabrics.
