摘要
采用核团微穿刺和放免技术,检测针刺对大鼠β-内啡肽(B-Ep)含量。结果表明,针刺可致下丘脑室旁核(PVN)、视上核(SON)和中脑导水管周围灰质(PAG)内β-Ep含量显著降低,垂体后叶和脊髓腰段内含量升高,外侧视前区、垂体前叶和血浆内含量无明显变化。提示β-Ep参与针刺镇痛可能通过PVN、SON、PA G和脊髓等神经结构实现的。
Methods including micropunch and radi oimmunoassay were used to measure the b eta-endorphin(β-Ep) cuntent in rats du ring acupuncture. The results showed that acupuncture could cause a fall of the β-Ep content in hypothalamic paraven tricular nucleus (PVN), hypothalamic supr optic nucleus (SON) and periaquedctal gr ay(PAG), cause an increase in neurointe rmediate pituitary and spinal cord, and didn't infulence in preoptic area, gland pituitary and plasma. These suggest that β-Ep might be though the PVN, SON, PAG and spinal cord to involve acupuncture analgesia.
