摘要
在对三层PE生产过程包覆段钢管中频加热、空气散热等过程传热方式分析的基础上,依据中频感应理论、传热理论及自动控制理论,提出了一种三层PE生产过程中钢管传热的理论建模方法,并与实验数据进行了比较,证明了此方法的正确性与可行性.
By the analysis of heat transfer such as medium frequency heating the steel tube in the coating segment of 3-layer PE coated pipe process, we bring forward a way of steel tube transfering heat theory based on the medium frequency infuction theory, heat transfer theory and automatic control theory, then we test it by experimental data,which show its correctness and feasibility.
