摘要
采用轴棒法软硬混编4D预制体,经高压沥青浸渍炭化致密化工艺(HIPIC),制成高密度(1.93~1.94g/cm3)4D炭/炭喉衬材料。其抗烧蚀性能比径棒法4D炭/炭喉衬材料提高了20%~50%,并具有低成本的突出特点,为高工作压强、大流量的SRM喷管提供了一种低成本的喉衬材料。
The throat insert material made by 4D preform,by mix weaved with carbon fibre and axial carbon rod,the preform is densified with the process of high-pressure pitch impregnation and carbonization.The production cost of the material is low,and the density of its reached to 1.93~1.94g/cm^3,the ablation properties increased by 20%~50% Compared With 4D C/C throat insert material by mix weaved with carbon fibre and radial carbon rod.The material can be applied for high-pressure and high-flow rate nozzle of solid rocket motor in a tow cost.
