摘要
通过实验研究了轴编C/C复合材料纤维束/基体的界面剪切强度和试样厚度的关系,形成了轴编C/C复合材料的界面表征方法;通过扫描电镜分析了具有不同界面性能的微结构特征,并确立了微结构特征和界面剪切性能的相关性;通过拉伸实验获得了不同界面强度下该材料的拉伸性能。研究表明,轴编C/C复合材料界面剪切强度测试试样厚度以4倍纤维束直径为宜;界面的孔隙率及其孔径尺度是造成界面性能差异的主要因素;在一定范围内,界面剪切强度越高,材料的拉伸性能越好。
The relationship between the fiber bundle/matrix interface shear strength and the thickness of 4D in-plane C/C composites were investigated by experiment, and the interface characterization techniques were established. The microstructures of the interfaces with different properties were analyzed by SEM, and the corelation between the microstructure and the shear strength was established. The strength with different interface shear strength was obtained by tensile test. Results show when the thickness of interface sample is four times of the fiber bundle diameter,the shear strength of the interface is the best. The percent of voids and the size were the major factors which make the interface have different properties. Within a certain range, the tensile properties of the material with higher interface shear strength are better than that with lower shear strength.
