摘要
如何提高德育工作的实效 ,是新的历史条件下高校德育工作改革的首要之选。作者从马克思主义唯物史观对人的本质的阐述出发 ,论述了人的本质所具有的社会性、发展性、现实性和实践性的特征 ,强调高校德育应树立“以人为本”的理念 ,围绕“育人”的宗旨 ,在德育过程中 ,以平等、尊重的态度对待受教育者 ,将他们真正视为有思想感情、有个人需要的行为主体 ,注重发挥他们的主观能动性 ,从单纯重视德育认知转向更注重德育能力 ,培养面向未来 。
Based on Marxist historical materialism, the authors have discussed the essence of human beings and pointed out that humans have the essential characteristics of being developmental, social, realistic and practical. Moral culture should center on people and on the principle of cultivating the mind. Teachers should treat students as equals, regard them as subjects who have their own thoughts, feelings and interests, and stimulate them to play a greater role in education. The stress of moral culture should be laid on learning and practice rather than on cognition.
