摘要
应用有限单元法对常见的上横梁为铸造实体其它为焊接结构的矫正机机架进行了固有模态分析和时间历程响应分析,并就合理地确定时间步长和不同结构阻尼对机架的影响进行了分析探讨,得出了机架安全系数偏于保守的结论。
The author applied FEM to analysis natural model and time course response of the leveling machine housing, which is consisted of upper beam as cast entity and other parts as weld structure. The effect of confirming time pace rationally and different structure damp on the housing was analysed and discussed. At last we drew a conclusion that the safe coefficient of the housing is leaning to conservative.
