摘要
利用多种烷基胺、氯甲烷、乙醇和乙醚为原料,合成了阳离子表面活性剂———烷基氯化铵。通过IR光谱测定,表明合成的阳离子表面活性剂为季铵盐化合物;通过研究烷基氯化铵对微生物最低抑制浓度(MIC)的测定,确定了烷基氯化铵的最低使用量和最佳杀菌浓度范围;并测定了烷基氯化铵的临界胶束浓度(cmc)。
Alkylammoniumchlorides were synthesized fromalkylammoniumand hydrochloric acid.The samples were quaternary ammoniumcompounds by IR spectrum.We mainly studied the minimun inhibitory concentrations(MIC)to different microorganisms and effect of alkyl chain length of alky-lammoniumchlorides.We also studied the cmc values of alkyl chain length of alkylammoniumchlorides.
