摘要 利用微生物发酵生产辅酶Q1 0 产物活性好 ,并可通过规模放大提高生产能力 ,因而颇受国内外学者的关注。文章综述菌种的选择和遗传改造 。 The Ubiquinone-10 biosynthesis through microbial fermentation has been studied intensively all over the world because of good quality of the product and its high production ability through enlarging scale. The screening and genetic improvement of production strains, optimization of microbial fermentation conditions and purificaton of the product are reviewed.
