摘要
奥地利经济学家熊彼特最早提出的技术创新观点,创新包括技术创新(产品创新与过程创新)与组织管理创新。先界定技术创新的涵义,然后论述了目前我国企业技术创新能力和存在的问题,并提出在企业内部建立技术开发体系与有效动作机制,以加大产品和技术的开发和应用力度。
According to the viewpoint of technological innovation that Austria economist Schumpter put forward first innovation included the technological innovation (the innovation of output and process)and the innovation of organization administration. This paper defines the meaning of technological innovation at first, then it discusses the problems in the technological innovation of our enterprise and their countermeasures.
