摘要
立足于滨海新区作为全国综合配套改革试验区的战略定位,对区内高新技术企业技术创新能力进行系统分析,发现其中的经验与不足,并提出相应的对策与建议,以期有助于滨海新区高新技术企业技术创新能力的提高。
The paper makes a systematical analysis on the technological innovation capacity of Hi-tech Enterprises based on the strategic position of Binhai new zone as National Pilot Zone for Overall Reform, finds out the experience and the insufficiency of technological innovation capacity of Hi-tech enterprises and proposes countermeasures and suggestions, hoping to improve the technological innovation capacity of Hi-tech enterprises in Binhai new zone.
