摘要
NBA不仅是世界上水平最高的篮球联赛 ,而且是世界上最成功的职业联赛之一。经过几十年的发展 ,它已经拥有 2 9支球队 ,整个业务遍及全球的每一个角落 ,近几年营业额都在上百亿美元以上。而且NBA同欧洲职业俱乐部的经营管理有很大区别。透析NBA经营管理方面的一些理念 ,结合中国的具体国情 ,笔者认为 :1.从中国国情出发 ,中国职业体育应该停止升降级 ,加强基础建设和人员培养 ;2 .放宽引进外籍球员的限制 ,加大青少年运动员的培养力度 ;3.以现代企业制度约束职业体育的管理 ,建立良好的市场运行机制。
NBA is not only the top-class league of basketball ,but also the successful league in world .After development of decades years, its member increase from several to 29 distributing USA and Canada. Its operation extend all over the world and its turnover exceed over thousands of millions dollar every year. Moreover its management differ from occupation club in Europe in many aspect. To analyze the management of NBA is abundance wealth to occupation sports in China.
