摘要
通过调查访问专家和查阅分析有关文献资料,对引进外籍球员对中国CBA联赛产生的影响进行分析,结果表明外籍球员的引进,促进国内球员技战术水平的提高,有助于教练员战术运用,增强球队实力,改变各队间的实力对比,活跃球市,带动CBA联赛水平的提高．指出引进外籍球员,带来影响国内球员就业和锻炼,球队对外籍球员过分依赖等问题．
Through paper survey and documentary, the author analyzed the influence on introducing foreign players into CBA League. The results show that. the foreign players can promote the level of skill and tactics for domestic players; they are helpful in coachers＇ tactics and can enforce the team; they can change the strength of different teams; they can flourish the basketball market and enhance the level of CBA League. The author also pointed out some problems： the foreign players can affect domestic players＇ occupation and training, the team relies too much on them etc..
