摘要
目的 探讨肺不张病因。方法 84例肺不张患者全部进行胸部X线正侧位片检查 ,其中 78例行纤支镜检查、活检及涂片送病理、细胞学及细菌学检查 ,6 5例行胸部CT扫描 ,4 5例行痰细菌学和细胞学检查 ,4 2例术后标本送病检。结果 84例肺不张患者病因为 :肿瘤 5 3例 ,占 6 3 1% ,炎症 17例 ,占 2 0 2 % ;结核 8例 ,占 9 5 % ;其他 6例 ,占 7 2 %。结论 肿瘤、炎症和结核是肺不张的三大主要原因。
Objective To investigate the causes of atelectasis . Methods 84 cases of atelectasis were given frontal and lateral X-ray films of chest . Of 84 cases , 78 were taken biopsy and smear by fibrobronchoscope,and samples of biopsy and smear were given pathological , cytological and bacteriological examinations; 65 were performed CT plain scan of chest ; 45 were taken sputum bacteriological and cytologic examinations; samples of postoperation were taken histopathological diagnosis in 42 cases.Results The causes of 84 patients with atelectasis were caused by tumor 53 cases 63.1%, inflammation 17cases 20.2%,tuberculosis 8 cases 9.5% and other diseases 6 cases 7.2%, respectively. Conclusions Tumor , inflammation and tuberculosis are the three major causes of atelectasis.
