摘要
从"全民健身"、"终身体育"和"健康第一"的角度出发,对21世纪休闲体育发展的状况和休闲体育的功能进行分析,探讨学校休闲体育的现状及休闲体育运动如何走进课堂,实现其"教材化"的问题,使之符合教育目的,符合学校条件,符合学生发展和需要。
