摘要
针对一些学校体育教育中存在的以“竞技技术为中心”的现象 ,以南京理工大学为试点单位 ,采用特尔菲法和实验法 ,历时 3年 ,认真贯彻“以人为本 ,淡化竞技 ,注重健身”的指导思想 ,边研究边实践。研究结果显示 :大学生对体育课的喜爱程度上升到 98% ;体育合格率提高 2个百分点 ;除了基本掌握 3~ 4个运动项目的健身方法外 ,还有 98%的同学学会了 2 4式太极拳 ,95 %的同学学会了游泳 ;学生中能坚持课外自我锻炼的达 97.7%。
Aimed at removing the disadvantages caused by overemphasizing on sports skills in China's current physical education, the authors, taking the Nanjing University of Science and Technology as the experiment unit and by means of Telphere experiment, made a three year research and reform adhering to the principles of “stressing on building up physique while weakening the sense of competitiveness”. The results indicated that students' interests in PE classes has increased to 98%, and their PE qualification rate has raised by two percent. They have not only learnt skills of three or four sports, but 98% of them have learnt the 24 style taijiquan, 95% of them have learnt swimming. Students who regularly take part in exercise after class have increased to 97.7%.
