摘要
目的:Nd:YAG激光联合倍频YAG激光做虹膜周边切除解除瞳孔阻滞,预防青光眼急性发作,观察临床效果。方法:1997-01/2001-12运用Nd:YAG激光联合倍频YAG激光做虹膜周边切除共治疗143例(167眼),随访3～26mo。结果:激光虹膜周边切除临床前期行86例(91眼);急性发作经治疗后缓解,房角部分开放者行23例(29眼);单纯浅前房者34例(47眼)。全部1次激光成功激穿,无1例虹膜切孔闭塞。激光并发症明显减少,激光能量消耗较少。结论:Nd:YAG激光联合倍频YAG激光做虹膜周边切除,既能达到止血及易于激穿,又能减轻炎症反应,减轻并发症的发生。
AIM: To observe the combined effect of Nd: YAG laser and frequency-doubled Nd: YAG laser in iridectomy on controlled intraocular pressure for primary close-angle glaucoma.· METHODS: From January 1997 to December 2001, 143 cases (167 eyes) underwent buttonhole iridectomy with combination of Nd: YAG laser and frequency-doubled Nd: YAG laser and were followed up for 3 to 26 months. · RESULTS: Iridectomy was performed successfully in all cases and no buttonhole were closed. Among the observed 36 cases (38 eyes), hyphema appeared in 18 cases, intraocular pressure increased 30 minutes after operation in 5 cases (6 eyes), and IOP all dropped to normal within 1 week.· CONCLUSION: The combinative method can reduce iris bleeding, prevent high IOP, save energy and drop buttonhole closure, thus is an effective treatment of primary close-angle glaucoma.·
