摘要在日趋激烈的市场竞争中,外包的优势日益明显。通过外包,许多企业获得了质量、成本、时间、柔性等诸多益处。交易费用理论和核心能力通常被认为是外包的一般理论基础,文章通过将交易费用经济和核心能力融合在一起,设计了外包的框架性模型,为管理者动态地进行外包决策提供了借鉴。面对国外的公司日益精益,不断向非物质化公司发展的形势,中国企业破除"自给自足"的经营模式,强化核心能力,利用外部资源提升竞争地位已是大势所趋。 In the increasingly competitive market, the advantages of outsourcing become more and more prominent. Through outsourcing, many companies have got benefits in quality, cost, time and flexibility etc.. The theories of transaction cost and core competency are thought of as the generic bases of outsourcing. This paper has designed a structural model of outsourcing based on the integration of transaction cost theory and core competency concept so as to provide references for managers to make outsourcing decisions. Specially, as the foreign companies turn into de-materialized company, it is the tendency that China's enterprises explode the autarky operation mode and strengthen the core competency as well as utilize outside resources to raise their competitive position.
