摘要
目的 :建立一种改进的大鼠胰腺移植模型。方法 :共完成 80例大鼠胰腺移植 ,术中不阻断受体下腔静脉 ,用袖套法完成供体门静脉与受体左肾静脉断端的吻合 ,动脉用缝合法吻合。结果 :受体平均手术时间 5 0min ,静脉袖套吻合时间 3min ,腹主动脉阻断时间 10min ,冷缺血时间 5 0min。手术成功率达 90 %。移植术后胰腺功能恢复正常 ,组织病理学改变轻微。结论 :袖套法制作大鼠胰腺移植模型操作简单 ,成功率高 ,结果稳定。
Objective:To establish a modified rat model of pancreas transplantation.Methods:Pancreas transplantation was performed in 80 rats. The recipients were operated without clamping inferior vena cava and the portal vein of the graft was anastomosed with the recipient's left renal vein by cuff technique. The anastomosis of artery was performed by suture.Results:The average time of recipient operation was 50 minutes,the anastomosis time of vein with cuff technique was 3 minutes,the clamping time of abdominal aorta was 10 minutes,and the cold ischemia time of graft was 50 minutes. The operative successful rate was 90%. The graft functioned normally and showed minor histological changes after operation.Conclusion:The cuff technique is a simple,effective and stable method to establish animal model of pancreas transplantation in the rat.
