摘要
蜂胶是一种非常有效的天然抗氧化剂,国内外正在掀起研究蜂胶的热潮。本文简述了蜂胶的成分以及性质,尤其蜂胶由于具有黄酮类物质而产生的抗氧化性。在此基础上提出了蜂胶作为运动补剂的潜在应用价值。
Propolis is an very efficient natural antioxidant,The vigorous mass campaignis started on the studying of propolis in the world.This review illustrates briefly propolis's natures and ingredients,specially propolis's antioxidation arises from the ingredient of flavone.Basing on this,It is come up with propolis's protential apply value as product of sports.
