摘要
以无籽西瓜黑蜜 2号为材料 ,进行了组培条件的研究 ,结果表明 :子叶是无籽西瓜黑蜜 2号适宜组培的外植体 ;MS + 6-BA 3.0mg/L +NAA 0 .5mg/L是子叶芽诱导的最佳培养基 ;子叶的最佳诱导苗龄是 6d ;蔗糖是较好的碳源 ;1 /2MS +IBA 0 .2mg/L是适宜的生根培养基。
Studies with Heimi 2 showed that the cotyledon was the best appropriate explant for tissue culture and the most suitable medium for bud induction from cotyledon was MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L.The suitable age of seedling was 6d,and sucrose was better as carbon source than lactose.The optimum rooting media was 1/2MS+IBA 0.2 mg/L.
