摘要
蛇瓜的茎尖和腋芽以MS分别加入 0 .5~ 2 .0mg·L-1的 6 BA和 0 .5~ 1.0mg·L-1的 6 BA与不同浓度的 2 ,4 D、NAA、IAA组合培养时 ,以 1.0mg·L-1的 6 BA以及 6 BA与 0 .1~ 1.
Abatract Stem apex and axillary buds were used as explants to study the effects of 0.5~2.0 mg·L -1 6 BA alone and combinations of 0.5~1.0 mg·L -1 6 BA with different concentrations of 2,4 D , NAA, IAA on bud induction. The best concentration of 6 BA was 1.0 mg·L -1 . In combinations of 6 BA with different auxins, the quality of regenerated shoots on media supplemented with 6 BA and 0.1~1.0 mg·L -1 IAA was best.
